Rubber Based (Sealoflex ® CT System)

Recovery of gravel roofs present a challenge that Sealoflex® Waterproofing Systems solve simply, cost effectively and dependably. There is no need to remove aged surface materials. Instead, GRR Flood Coat, a light weight rubber based filler, adheres to the existing surface, creating a uniform base for the Sealoflex® Waterproofing System. The result is a tough, monolithic membrane providing ultimate protection from the elements. Full tear-off and removal of the existing gravel roof is not required, thereby not exposing the interior to the elements during the installation of the Sealoflex® GRR System.
Advantages:
• The most cost-effective solution to recovering a deteriorating gravel roof;
• Fully adheres to existing gravel roof substrates;
• Incorporates parapets, gutters and other features creating a monolithic system;
• Excellent wind uplift resistance;
• No tear-off required;
• With periodic maintenance, these roofs will remain durable and functional indefinitely.
