Structural Concrete

If the structural concrete roof deck is the final surface to be waterproofed, it must have a slope of at least 1/4" per foot (2% slope).

It is highly recommended that as soon as the Structural Concrete has cured enough to be walkable, is should immediately be primed with Sealoment Plus™ which will prevent water from precipitation from entering the substrate.

Before application of the Sealoflex® System, the moisture content of the concrete should be checked. It should be below 8%. Further information regarding moisture content can be obtained here ADD DREADED WATER SANDWICH LINK.
