Primer for Adhesion to Existing Synthetic Rubber Roofing

Description
EPDM Primer™ is a low viscosity adhesive primer designed to adhere to EPDM rubber and TPO membrane to permit coating with Sealoflex Finish Coat™ or the application to the full Sealoflex System.

Surface Preparation

Remove all loose and foreign matter from the area to be treated and thoroughly clean surface of the membrane before application.

Application

Apply a single light coat of EPDM Primer™ to the prepared area by brush, roller or low pressure spray and allow to dry thoroughly before applying the Sealoflex System.

Cleaning

Clean tools and equipment with Quickclean ™, available from Sealoflex Inc.

Precautions

Read the MSDS on EPDM Primer™ carefully before application. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. If eyes become contaminated flush with water for at least 15 minutes. If ingested do not induce vomiting and seek medical attention immediately. Use only in well ventilated areas and avoid inhaling vapors,or use NIOSH approved respirators. Avoid contact with sparks, open flame, motors and heat as EPDM™ is FLAMMABLE.
